1. Is the map accessible via a dedicated mobile app, or is it only a website version?
A: The map is only available through a website platform at this time. If you'd like to have an easy short-cut access, use the "add to home screen" function while in the page for the HUB Vault in your mobile browser. This will create a neat icon in your home screen that will open the browser directly into the HUB Vault. You can also use the "bookmark" function of your mobile browser.
2. Will the map function offline, which is necessary when I don't have a reliable internet connection in Cuenca?
A: No, the map is 100% web-based. You need a working internet connection to use it.
3. Can I use the map simultaneously on multiple devices (e.g., my phone and my partner's phone)?
A: You can log in into your HUB Vault from multiple devices and make use of it.
4. How will I receive the updates and new features? Is it automatic, or do I need to take action?
A: All the updates to the HUB Vault is done on our end. There is no need for you to actively update anything. Just enjoy and take full advantage of the information in the platform! :)
5. When can I cancel my subscription and how?
A: You can cancel your subscription any time, but you will continue to have the service until the final day of the running month when you requested the cancellation. There will be a cancellation link in the HUB Vault that you can find at the bottom.
