For quick access, use your mobile browser's "Add to Home Screen" function while on the HUB Vault page — this creates an icon on your home screen that opens straight into the HUB Vault. Your browser's bookmark function works just as well.

2. Will the map function offline, which is necessary when I don't have a reliable internet connection in Cuenca?

A: No — the map is 100% web-based. You'll need a working internet connection to use it.

3. Can I use the map simultaneously on multiple devices (e.g., my phone and my partner's phone)?

A: Yes — you can log into your HUB Vault from as many devices as you like, at the same time.

4. How will I receive updates and new features? Is it automatic, or do I need to take action?

A: All updates to the HUB Vault happen on our end — there's nothing for you to install or update yourself. Just log in and enjoy full access to whatever's current.

5. When can I cancel my subscription, and how?

A: You can cancel anytime. What happens next depends on your plan:

- Monthly ($7.50/mo): you'll keep full access through the last day of the month you already paid for — no partial refund, but nothing is cut off early either.

- Annual ($75/yr): if you cancel during your first 7 days, you won't be charged at all (see Question 6). If you cancel after that, you'll keep full access through the end of your current paid year.

6. Is there a free trial?

A: Yes, on the annual plan only. You get **7 days of full access before any charge**. Cancel anytime in those 7 days and you're never billed — no questions asked. If you don't cancel, you're charged $75 for the year at the end of day 7 (the equivalent of paying for 10 months — 2 months free compared to paying monthly). The monthly plan ($7.50/mo) doesn't include a trial; it charges immediately on signup.

7. Does my subscription include anything besides the map itself?
