This is the sole area where direct solicitation or promotion of services/products is permitted.

• Prohibited Commercial Activity: Unauthorized direct solicitation, spamming, or self-promotion outside of designated areas is strictly prohibited and will result in content removal and potential account suspension.

• Disclaimer: We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any services or products advertised by businesses within the Community. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with and transactions with any businesses or individuals found through the Community.

6. Moderation and Enforcement We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor content, remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules & Guidelines, and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Community Rules & Guidelines for Cuenca Expat Hub Communities

Welcome to the Cuenca Expat Hub Communities! To ensure a positive, informative, and supportive environment for everyone, we ask all members to adhere to the following rules and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the Community.

1. Be Respectful and Courteous

• Kindness is Key: Treat all members with respect, even if you disagree with their views. Personal attacks, insults, harassment, hate speech, and discriminatory language (based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

• Constructive Criticism: If you have criticism, ensure it's constructive and focuses on ideas, not individuals.

• No Trolling: Do not post inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or disrupting normal on-topic discussion.

2. Stay On-Topic

• Relevance: Keep your posts and comments relevant to the specific topic or thread.

• Category Posting: Post your questions or discussions in the appropriate topic/category. Help us keep the community organized!

3. No Spam or Excessive Self-Promotion (Businesses, Read Carefully!)

• Designated Business Areas ONLY: If you are a business owner, service provider, or looking to promote a product, you must use the designated "Business Listings," "Services," or "Promotions" topics/sections (if available) for any direct promotion or solicitation.

• No Spamming: Do not flood the community with repetitive posts, irrelevant links, or unsolicited commercial messages.

• Organic Contribution: Businesses are encouraged to participate in general discussions, answer questions, and offer helpful, non-promotional advice outside of designated business areas. However, avoid overt self-promotion or linking to your services in these general discussions. Build trust through genuine engagement.

• Affiliate Links: Do not post unsolicited affiliate links.

4. Protect Privacy & Personal Information

• Your Own Privacy: Think before you share. Do not post your or others' personal contact information (phone numbers, home addresses, private email addresses) publicly.
